  Affordable place, room good enough, no services, but in a strategic location. I had bad surprises in my room, because the clean staff left behind a really compelling empty box (like adult toys) belonging previous guest under the couch. Worst surprise ever. I strongly recommend double check the environment, cleanings before accept your room.

  They said no pets allowed. Didn't say that they supplied the pets. . . Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. Holes where fixtures should be and holes where holes shouldn't be. Love to take ur deposit for any little thing. Worste experience ever had and I've had some pretty messed up experiences. . . . In ur rebutted, u didn't mention any poor score of health violations being posted clearly for the public to see clearly. Nor did u apologize for all the other bull that u had going on with your property. Not only did ubtake our deposit which is understandable but u also stole our next day payment which I believe should have been returned. That's what a deposit is for. We didn't stay the next day, we were kicked out before the end of the first night.

  We just had an experience in Champaign, IL. At 6:15a my husband we identified water leaking out of the light fixtures into the bathroom that had also leaked out into the carpet of the room. We called the front desk and were informed “it happens” and not to worry about it and then got hung up on. We started gathering our things and made a second attempt to contact the front desk, and was then again told not to worry. As we moved to load our bags, we did see someone head to the second floor to address the issue. We went to check out at 6:45, with no one at the front desk and used the phones to verify we were leaving, was thanked for identifying a running toilet in an above room and told just to leave the keys. At no point was there an offer to switch to another room to shower or an apology for the experience. So rather than waking the kids up at 7 or 8, having breakfast, and continuing on our trip, we woke the kids up early and shuffled them out the door. We certainly won’t be staying at one of these locations in the future.

  Discussing!!! I have picture of roaches we killed at night I will post them. I asked to changed room! We could get another at another hotel. I didn’t mind the holes in the wall or dirty carpet but the roaches we left came at 3:30a.m. We tried to sleep but we just checked out the man in front just kept saying it’s clean. It smelled like smoke the back door doesn’t close

  My parents had stayed this past weekend and it was terrible! They couldn’t sleep through the night. The hotel was infested with roaches. They only stayed one night. They’re was holes in the walls and it was dirty. The person they talked insisted it was clean and nothing was wrong. They left the next day when they were supposed to stay 2 nights.
