  I got my eye exam and 2 pairs of eyeglasses for about $100 (I have strong prescription lol) everyone was very friendly, professional, and courteous. I am even going back right now so they can adjust my frames about 4 months after I bought them!

  Love this place glasses were inexpensive and the service was quick. The Dr really knew what he was talking about also. Took the whole family here

  Our appt. Was at 3 p.m., however we arrived at 1:20 p.m. due to being in the area early. I asked the front receptionist 'Karla' if we could check in early. Her response was "yes ma'am". A lady with a 2:50 p.m. appt showed up late, yet she was called first. When I asked Carla why that lady got to go early her respinse was "because her appointment was at 2:50 and yours was at 3 p.m.". Now I would understand that if they hadn't originally told me that we could check in early, when I asked, but that was not the case. I could tell that Karla was not comfortable providing customer service, but maybe you shouldn't have a customer service job if you're not comfortable around people. It is now 3:34 p.m., the lady is done with her exam and we haven't been seen yet. Worst customer service ever. Didn't think it could get worse than EyeMart, but they take the prize.

  I had a great experience with America's Best! I had an eye about 1 month prior but did not trust the results. I went to America's Best and got a high quality eye exam AND 2 pairs of glasses for $99.95! My vision is the best it has been at least 6-7 years! They now have a customer for life! I'll never get an eye exam from Wal-Mart! Smh.

  Great customer service from beginning to end! From the receptionist, Karla, to the optician Lynda, and everybody else I had a great experience. They explained everything and what would be best for me. Thanks to America's Best I have my first pair of prescribed sunglasses and I love them! Definitely recommending to family and friends!
