  I have no complaints. I got my eye exam, my contacts prescription, and then ordered my contacts. They also take my insurance. The glasses I ordered are still doing well (I also ordered frames, and they have lasted me 2 years at least, in good condition), even though the promo did not really apply for them given that they are bifocal.

  Literally the WORST customer service I've ever had to deal with. The only professional was the doctor, but everyone else including the Assistant Manager was very useless. They don't know how to schedule an appointments, I made an appointment and came in and was met with "oh you're not in the system." I've never been so unsatisfied with a company before,it's a shame. I only went here because my normal doctor is out of town for the holidays, and the worst decision of my life. I understand people need jobs,but the staff at this location is not only ghetto, lack professionalism, but also don't know how to dress appropriately, it's a shame this company doesn't properly train their staff. I will not return to this location or company again. I highly suggest that you avoid this location if you must use this company.

  They lie when setting appointments. I was told that we would have an appointment at 3pm but to come early as long as it was not before 2pm because that is when the doctor returns from lunch. I went in at 2:05 and was told the doctor would be on lunch until 3pm. And that my appointment would not be until 3:20 and that I would notbe able to be doneby 4 pm as they had promised on the phone. As a result I drove 45 minutes to get there and was unable to have an appointment. The lady at the front was also abrupt and rude. I will be taking mybusiness elsewhere.

  Nothing super special about this place. There was a bit of a bait and switch to the way they advertise their glasses but overall the service was good and the price was fair.

  Prices is better then most.as far as staff I say 3 out of the 8 are the best.to have take care of you..I ask for them in person for here .the two little girl I encounter act it was a cafeteria of their higschooll.there was tension in friendly girl acting friendly..I paid 200.0p for my sunglasses and a screw fell put what with the little immature attitude
