  I called on the 30th to make an appointment for my daughter to get an eye exam and made it for the 1st, today, for 4:10. Get there and there was no appointment made on their end. They tell me I cancelled it for another day when I didn't and haven't spoke to them since I made the appointment. I was gonna come back with my wife to get glasses but not now. Poor service and customer service.

  Waited for two hours to get my exam. Came to pick them up a week later. Told them I was there to pick up my frames. They told me to wait. After an hour, they told me they were ready for my exam. I said I'm here to pick up my frames. They said that if I had told them I was there to pick up my frames I wouldn't have had to wait an hour. I opened the box. They gave me the wrong frames. Aside from accidentally castrating me, they really couldn't have screwed up much worse.

  i enjoy getting my designer frames from them. For years, i have been lucky to find Eddie Bauer, Cosmo, Nicole Miller, Laura Ashly, Donna Karan and more for just 59.00 or 69.00. (Customers have to be willing to look in a tedious fashion to find them because staff members don't know exactly where they are in the hundreds on their wall.) For me it is not a problem to pick and pan through their inventory as i feel like it is a really good deal. I have not been able to afford designer glasses at regular prices which can be as high as $149-$300 and so when i can get specialty frames at just a fraction of the cost it is a real thrill. Because these frames look so good, i usually buy 2 reading glasses and 2 distance glasses and only spend about $149 (or less) for 4 pair. That's a steal and so if i need an MD to recheck my eyes for illness, i just go to the MD. If anyone knows of a store on the Westbank or Eastbank that can beat their prices, please let me know. Also buyers should know that sometimes they Mark Down on Clearance and it might only be $29 or $39 for the designer frames. Wow. Thanks AB...........cathrin

  I had a great experience with the staff and doctor. They were all very nice and informative. Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the advertised price because of my vision but they explained the sale to me and I still ended up spending less than if I'd gone somewhere covered by my insurance. I'll definitely be back to see them!

  I was there literally over 2 and a half hours for an eye and contact exam and one for my 5 year old. They were not packed where I could be more understanding of the wait time. While the doctor and staff were friendly, the wait was ridiculous. I also found their prices OVER priced. I then get a phone call that THEY forgot to charge for my daughters visit. While I do understand I am responsible for her appointment, considering THEY are the ones who weren't doing their work properly and had me there an excessive amount of time is pretty upsetting. Of course that's what happens when they keep switching the patients up between staff members rather than one member to each patient. This place is convenient for those who don't have insurance, but from now on I better just stick with my regular eye doctor. This place is far from "best" and VERY over priced. Would not recommend!
