  I waited longer than I should have because employees didn't check in my glasses in correctly. So in my mind I waited longer than I had to. The first lady who helped me treated like an idiot. The second made me feel weird but her attitude was ok but the feeling I left with is blah.

  I went in for an eye exam, and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Very friendly staff

  I've been to several America's Best in the past and had a good experience, but this is by far some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchase contacts at a different location since they do not carry my brand (Acuvue Oasis), but when I asked to get my prescription faxed to my other location I was told the doctor never signed my prescription. I was told (in a VERY condescending voice) that the doctor was out until the next week and that it was my fault for not asking the provider to sign my prescription because that's their protocol. I have never ONCE had to ask a provider to sign the prescription (the ENTIRE reason for going there) in my 14 years of wearing glasses and contacts. The assistant manager called me in the snottiest tone and treated me with absolute disrespect when I asked what I was supposed to do about not being able to see for the remaining week until the physician was in. Eventually they had another doctor sign the prescription and send it to me about 40 mins later and after 6 different phone calls. I will never be returning and will be taking my business to a different eye care location.

  Visited a few months ago to get an eye exam, was told this store didn't carry my preferred contacts but I could substitute them with something similar. I decided to go with the optician's choice but the substitutions caused a serious allergic reaction- so bad I can't wear these contacts for more than 20 minutes without burning or redness. Tried to call several times but was hung up on, twice, and left on hold once. Gave up. I shouldn't have been surprised since they also lost my glasses prescription and I had to wait almost 8 weeks for them when I was told it would be 14 days, tops. Now that I have a wedding, photos, and holidays coming up, I wanted to get some contact lenses for myself (same prescription, just going back to the kind that I'm NOT allergic to) but decided to use a third party contact lense company due to bad experiences in the past. America's best shut the order down and won't release my prescription (illegal??) because I'm not going with the contacts that make my eyes burn that they sold me and I refuse to pay another $80-$100 to fix their original mistake. No regard for patient/customer satisfaction, only interested in making money off of "substitute" (read: more expensive and less effective) products. They get 2 stars because there are two younger ladies there who are so sweet and do try their best, but the nasty older lady is a piece of work.

  Nakia and one of the other front desk ladies (I forgot her name) were so amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Went in to pick up my glasses today and the service was so great. I was having a pretty bad day until my visit there. Thanks for being awesome!
