  Eugene was incredibly professional, explained everything, gave us good tips and worked quickly. Turned out it was only a pipe that was too long causing our washing machine not to drain. Now it works great and the price was reasonable. Could not be happier with Americare, excellent and quick service.

  These people represent everything a company should be. I have called them twice to fix a dishwasher and washing machine. They both ended up being quick fixes but that's not a bad thing. Some companies will make up parts you need and mess around for 2 hrs just to get their bill up. I called them twice and they resolved a problem for me twice. What more could you ask for. Thanks!

  As far as I can tell, these guys can't repair anything. Five times they have been to my house to fix a dishwasher, and they have still not been able to make it work. They also tried to fix my dryer, that still doesn't work either. And the best part is, they continue to try and charge me for their visits. Any self-respecting "repair" company couldn't allow themselves to charge someone for a fifth repair visit.I suggest you find another repair shop.
