  Great atmosphere. Excellent Burger. Very healthy portion of fry's. Decent prices and great service. I had the Queen City Burger which had a Big Mac type sauce but way better. Both people I went with had the Americano burger and both were very satisfied. I would definitely go again and would highly recommend if you are downtown and want a Burger and fries.

  Wow the beers and house rub wings are great. Walked in here on a Friday evening for a small send off party, ghosh it will always be busy. There is a special dollar craft beers. Walk in anytime of the day you can still see the space is lively. Good timely customer service with always a smile on the face.

  Food was great, but it appeared they were short on servers. Appetizer showed up after burgers were served. My husband's sandwich was incorrectly served and had to wait on another one. The burgers were tasty and the garlic rosemary fries were great. Not sure we'd give them a 2nd chance. Service just incredibly slow.

  One of the best burgers in Cincinnati but unfortunately the service is lacking. It took 20 minutes after we were seated for anyone to come to our table and get our drink order. Appetizer came out 10 minutes after our entrees were served. They started clearing the table including my wife’s drink while she was still eating. The food was excellent so hopefully the service can improve to match.

  My girlfriend and I were looking for a good burger in Cincinnati (we are new to the area), and we heard by word-of-mouth that Americano had a very tasty burger. We decided to go,and the following is our experience: The ambiance- the place was decorated very well. Additionally, it had a welcoming environment with lots of space. There is also a large American flag made out of beer cans on the ceiling! The service- our waiter was kind, quick, and a big help when it came to getting a recommendation for a burger. The food- the burger was medium rare, perfectly cooked, and very juicy! Their fries were great. Lastly, my girlfriend had the chocolate shake and it was very creamy and rich! Overall, we will be back and I would highly recommend Americano.
