  This has to be one of the worst run companies. They cancel policies internally without contacting the policy holder. You are on hold for such a long time because no one know what is going on. I would love to change companies, but I would lose so much money.

  I think this is a fake insurance company. Looking thru all the paperwork from my employer and no addresses listed, no place to contact specified. If I were to die tomorrow I feel real sorry for my beneficiaries! This place must be a pit of lost wages....

  I wasted 25 minutes today waiting for a representative to respond. That would have been okay, but they played the same tune of a few bars over, and over, and over -- sheer torture! Silence is golden. In the end, I was disconnected and never did get an answer. I've had an account here since 1972 but I'm on the brink of closing it.

  I've been trying to get my paperwork now for over 3 weeks they told me it was shipping out on Tuesday of last week so I waited a week called them back only to be told it won't go out it's still hung up and I can't get a hold of anybody on the phone to tell me when I will receive the paperwork that I need to sign. I now know why they call it united life insurance I will have to die in order to get any money out of them. I have a supervisors name Shaun that I was given earlier today ( I left Shaun a very nice voice message ) waiting patiently for Shawn to call me back. I will keep posting my disappointment as the days go by so stay tune people i'm giving them an opportunity to go from one star up to two stars ..

  They can transfer the money from your account into theirs the same day. If you intend to use the funds that are rightfully yours that you have invested with them, don't expect the same in return. Still waiting on my funds requested from 2 weeks ago. I used this as an emergency backup for a rainy day. The rainy day is here and they will not transfer the funds back in a timely fashion. The folks that answer the phone all the way up to the top are incompetent and apparently have no motivation to help the clients they were hired to assist. Why invest any further into a company that is so lousy?
