  Called about a alternator, they had it, I drove down, they had it ready for me... Can't beat that.

  Ordered part for truck a week after delivery date called to see where part was ?oh we didn't have it so we were trying to outsource it in steed of contacting me to say they screwed up so I lost a week of work an if I didn't call would still be waiting
