  So I like to bank in the middle of the night. Last night I logged onto my American savings account and to my surprise my account didn't exist. I logged out and logged back in, after banking with #Americansavingsbank for 10 years my account was gone. No sign of any transactions, no money, no savings, and no 24 emergency customer service contact for this major issue. This morning at the bank the teller tells me everything is fine and oh, "that just happens sometimes." I asked wait, money/whole accounts just sometimes disappears? Her response, "well it just looks that way but, yes." the website should show a technical support update notification or something logical like that. But Nope. Instead your money just shows as being gone... I am dealing with the recent loss of my mother. I am currently in the middle of a huge move. Your bank is supposed to be stable and dependable during the best of the times but this, horrid timing ASB horrid timing. I closed my account. * I gave them 2 stars because I can be magnanimous, their banking hours are good.

  Best hours of any bank & all of the employees are super nice, easy to talk to & friendly. Best bank ever.
