::American Properties Realty manages Beaver Brooks Apartments in Lincoln Park NJ. It has now been over 4 months and after numerous voice message to Pat Prata i still do not have my deposit back or even a phone call from her to let me know whats going on. I am extremely upset for i was rely on the timely receipt of the money to pay for my move and now i am just collecting interest charges on my credit and still trying to get thru to someone who would help me!

::Our HOA is in a lawsuit with them because of Mold in our condos. We now have condos worth nothing because of American Properties. Do your homework before buying a home that was built buy them. We are not the first to have these major issues and worthless homes.
