::SatuSatu 1/22/18, I paid $10.00 for event parking. I drove through the lot to find there was no where left to park. A refund was denied for myself and the several cars that found themselves in the same situation. I have left multiple messages for American to call me back. The return call from the manager left me feeling unsatisfied as she offered future parking. I was then told to speak with her manager. The lady I spoke to said that she was customer service. So iIcalled Joy back and left another message. No call back for 3 days. So I called again. I was denied the names/number of the person above Joy and was told a manager wwoul caca back. Male pronouns were used when the manager was referred to.. So I asked who I'd be getting a call from. The lady kept repeating herself and completely ignored my request for information. Then she hung up. Very unprofessional and rude. Money was accepted for a service they did not render andaaa refund is being denied...

::From what I understand, if you a community service provider and have the placard attached to rearview window, we don't have to pay parking fees. Well, I got a parking ticket. Epic fail on parking personnel for telling me it's ok to not pay since I am clergy. I guess clergy, cops, firemen and so on have to pay anyway. I guess we should let the parking personnel wed couples, stop a thief and put out fires? This company is selfish and rude to community service providers.

::I'm not normally one to leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been so unpleasant that it has compelled me to do so. My boyfriend received a parking ticket for parking in one of their lots, which we paid promptly, with my debit card. Months later, I received a notice addressed to me, that i owed $300 worth of parking tickets dating back years. They were tickets for my boyfriend's car, but from the person who owned it before him. I called and explained the situation, i believe to someone named Lindsey or Leslie. She was very rude, and I was essentially told there was nothing I could do to resolve it, but after some back and forth she agreed that a copy of the title showing that my boyfriend purchased the car after the tickets were incurred should suffice, so I scanned and emailed it to her. Now, more than 3 months later, I am receiving notices from a collections company. Again, this is a vehicle I do not and never have owned. It's ridiculous, and if one person at American would be willing to listen and help, it would have been over already.
