  We placed a Jewish foot stone for my sister in law. Helen made sure to send someone to our family plot to see for herself what kind of stone we need to order. All stones must look the same. She also took care of the contract and respectfully adjusted a few things that were left behind. Time frame was honored according to the contract and we were pleased to see the stone in its place during the unveiling.

  So disappointed! They lack professionalism and have no regard for the families. Got the bill and called them and paid the same day as we were eager to have done before holidays. They said it would be done one week later and it’s been a month and nothing. Ruined the holidays for us! Worst part was that I was warned and still gave them benefit of the doubt. Paid over $4k for it and this is the service we get. No calls or follow ups. No compassion. Owners also never available to speak to.

  American monument provides the greatest service in the business. They make you feel so comfortable in such an emotional time in a families life. I have lost my brother on 9/11 and recently my father and during both tragic situations they made my family feel comfortable with no pressure while providing tremendous service.

  We had a wonderful experience at this company. At a time when we weren’t thinking very clearly or logically Helen helped us make a decision that was exactly what we wanted for my father’s grave. She was patient, knowledgeable, and straight-forward. We wanted the inscription in a different language, and though it wasn’t easy, she made it happen. I recommend this company without reservation and am grateful to Helen for all her kind help.

  It was a pleasure working with Greg and Helen at American Monument. They helped us create a stone that was for my parents and we didn’t know where to begin but the design, picture and writing came out better than I expected. I received weekly phone calls and emails just to let me know the progress of the tomb stone. They were both so honest with their opinion and made it such an easy process overall. I would highly reconnect American Monument to anyone. Thank you guys!
