  Very poor costumer service! I had an issue that needed to be addressed with regards to TLC inspection, which was squeduled at a time that my family and work squedule prevented my from attending twice. Rather than addressing the problem in a professional manner the Rep (Glennys), on a phone conversation, called me irresponsible and other things, while laughs could be heard in the background. Obviously, she was putting a show for the other in her office to enjoy.They are unprofessional and bordeline verbally abusive. Part of the staff works like a gang. When I escalated my concerns the so called manager (Anna), she acted like I was attacking her buddy and did not addressed my concerns at all. I do not think the management of this company suspects the mess they have in this Bronx office as far as extremely poor customer service and decency. It is like a jungle!

  they have improved greatly in the year that I have been renting from them. there was a time when you could not get anyone to answer the phone...and when they did you got put on hold for an hour or accidentally disconnected. they now have an updated phone system where people actually answer the phone and really speak with you. they also recently added a mobile phone application for mostly all of the reasons why you would need to go or call the office. the app is great! you can pay your bill, ask questions, and even return a car. I'm sure some people here will love that option. AMERICAN LEASE HAS IMPROVED GREATLY and it's always a pleasure to work with them...when you can finally get someone that is...lol..😋😛😜😝🚕🚖
