::Never received my supplies. Called to cancel and have pick up but took several weeks to get a reply. Seems to be common for this industry.

::I don’t believe all the negative reviews here (some of the ratings are lower than the statements indicate). I switched to American Home Patient (AHP) because my doctor uses them for his own CPAP supplies, and because Summit Respiratory (and Sleep Central) is so bad. Summit actually does deserve their current 1.6 star rating, unlike AHP. The local office on Abilene has been great! They let me go in and try different CPAP masks and bring them home to find one that worked for me. I tried 3 different models and none was satisfactory (after trying overnight). I was never charged for these brand new masks. This was possible because the home company and my insurance didn’t know about it (they would not have allowed a replacement mask until after 6 months). I ended up going back to my old Quattro FX (which I got from Summit) because it’s the only model that doesn’t hurt the bridge of my nose. My straps are more than a year old, but my insurance still won’t replace them (hasn’t been 6 months yet with AHP), but the Abilene store just saved me by mailing me two straps for free (because Quattro FX is an older model) since they had them in storage. All I had to do was call them. I’m very happy with the local service and the ordering process from the home company (phone, not online). Every representative (about 5 local and 5 from the home company) has treated me with respect. They have an efficient process with knowledgeable staff, in my experience.

::Company not forth coming or seemingly very accurate on pricing and upfront cost. My company insurance covers 80% of cost on medical supplies. They attempted to charge me 30% cost on the item and failed to mention this until i arrived in person instead of being up front which would have allowed me to verify or dispute their claim. Bait and switch and also took nearly a month longer than originally quoted. Think twice. Sketchy.

::Only deal with them if you have a LOT of extra time! The local office does not return messages. They close early, open late, and people are "out on routes" during business hours. The respiratory therapist was great, but he isn't who you get to deal with when you call. I don't know if this is a home-based business, or what, but they are about as professional as a group of kindergarteners on a playground would be!

::VERY POOR SERVICE. Was fitted for and ordered medical equipment. Called 8 days later because had not received product by scheduled delivery date. Was told it had been ordered and given the date the order was placed. Assured I would receive it in a couple of days. Called again a week later and found out it had never been ordered. Cancelled request.
