  We ordered a 550k kitchen 2 years ago everything so fine so fare but after couple month after using it, we got issues with the food warmer, we called Ecolab and they fixed it but what we find out not 100% so couple months after we called Heritage they told us that the wire is not correct for that machine!!! Our research made clear that this company American food equipment submit a food warmer what we never received means a different style!!! But nobody told or advised us!!! We called several times to that company and they blamed everybody for that but we have the proof that they gave wrong information to the Architekt and that this machine what says in the contract we never received!!! One year of talking and trying to get them out to pay for they mistake what they did, but no luck !!! After one year I gave up!!! I'm just warning you guys for this company in selling they was super fast but after that a rediculess behavior!!!!
