  Staffs were following me and scanning me the whole time until I leave the store. Felt very uncomfortable.

  Great shopping experience at this beautifully designed store. Nice and bright. Free customization to any jeans you buy. Free pretzels and drinks too on the day I went!

  The store was beautiful nice and quiet . A bit smaller than other stores but it didn't matter . I was loving it untill the point where you get harassed by employees and you really don't get the feel of the outfits . One employee would approach you and even though a fellow employee saw you interact with another ..they would ask you the same question . Not to mention the following you around. Bit of a nuisance..makes you feel compelety uncomfortable like if your being eyed for stealing..horrible experience . To bad there isn't a no star ..

  Cute store on Lexington for American eagle. Usually they are extremely helpful. I went in store today to exchange my online purchase for a different size. The employee at the cash register took a while and then advised me there were no more in my size online. So I ended up getting a refund. When I went online 5 minutes later to check they had my size in stock. It would of been so much easier if he would of just exchanged my purchase. And I heard him laughing after I left and heard “i didn’t feel like looking”
