  If you want to see America in decline, or understand why Amazon crushes brick and mortar retail, just shop in this store. I could go into details but I won’t, it’s not worth the energy or the debate. But I will say that I hope every employee who works in that store is un or underemployed for at least the next five years. No one deserves to be treated as rudely as I was. Ever. Such a sad state of affairs in this country.

  Great selection of latest fashions. Being a tall customer, the staff was able to help me locate comfortable and stylish clothing that matched my wants. Clean store and easily accessible.

  Wish I could give 0 stars. I came in on February 4th, 2017 at around 12:00 pm. I came in hoping to buy one pair of jeans and 2 shirts. I walked up to the register to purchase and the girl working told me they were having a sale on jeans, saying if I bought 2 I would get a discount on both of them. I initially said no, but she kept on pushing me and I thought okay I guess I will. I come back with another pair and the total was very expensive, it didn't seem like I got a discount on anything. I leave the store unhappy because I didn't really like the jeans in the first place. I come back after trying them on in a different dressing room in another store at the mall to realize the jeans fit awful and I got my usual size, which was strange. I come back to American Eagle and the girl who told me about the discount looked very unhappy to see me. I tell her the two jeans just didn't fit right and I wanted to return them. She told me that there were other sizes in an incredibly rude manner. I told her I just wanted to return them. Yet she kept pushing me, telling me they have "other jeans". I was frustrated at this point and just told her, once again, I just wanted to return them. She finally returned them for me in a very disrespectful way, an unhappy look on her face as if I was bothering her. I left and don't plan on coming back again. Awful customer service and extremely pushy.

  I was helped by Katelyn at American Eagle. The store and mall were quite busy when I entered the store. I was looking for pajamas, and received useful help from Katelyn almost immediately. The store layout is pretty easy to navigate and the associates were helpful.
