  I had a suit talored by them. I was told it would be ready on sunday. As soon as i was able to, i made my way to them sunday afternoon. I called ten minutes before they closed telling them precisely where I was and that I would arrive close to closing time. I communicated clearly that I needed my suit for a trip I was going on and that if i did not pick up my suit then I would not have one. I arrived at precisely 5 to find the place closed. I even called at 4:48 to tell them that i was at the light across the street but they did not pick up. I will never come here again. This part of the review was added seconds after I put the initial review up: I saw someone checking the doors to see if they were locked and I told him my situation and he couldn't care less.

  The employees that work in this Dry Cleaner are the nicest individuals you will ever meet. They are always smiling, they are quick and they truly care for you as a customer. Every time I walk into the store (once a week), it is a very enjoyable experience and they do quality work.

  The cleaners are great, however the tailors are not. They are overpriced and rude. I had a dress altered for a wedding. The price was ridiculous but I said okay because I was short on time. Anyway, I had a wardrobe malfunction the night of the wedding. The hooks they added on the neck part of my dress were stabbing me in the neck. Thankfully some one had safety pins. Never again getting anything altered there. Again, no problems with the dry cleaners.
