  Good staff that I dealt with but the pet I bought within 8 days of owning wound.up in the Veterinary Emergency room for $600 for double pneumonia which 2 days before purchase the dog was given a clean bill of health meanwhile he was already sick....... which then went to the dog clubs in house vet and the dog spent a month and a half of my ownership there getting better. The fine print of the contract was that they will refund your money less what my expense was at the Emergency room......so I lost $600. Too many bad stories with this company for a new addition to the family. Be careful and don't trust their vet report and the fine print.

  After passing by here several times I finally decided to go in and see the puppies. It was the best decision I ever made!!! Everyone who works there was so friendly and caring! One girl told me she wished she can take all the puppies home with her. She loved them that much!!! In another area all I saw were staff members playing and running around with the other puppies. you really can see how much these puppies are loved. The place was very clean and all the dogs were very well taken care of!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

  FANTASTIC experience! Wonderful staff! They love what they do and it shows! The puppy’s there as so loved and so taken care of. Whenever I pass by there I ALWAYS see some staff members playing with the puppies with tons of hugs and kisses! GREAT place! 🐶

  Definitely the most nicest American Dog Club compared to their other two locations. The store is ALWAYS clean (somebody is always sweeping, mopping, wiping down the counters, etc.), I have not encountered one rude staff at this location, and everybody is incredibly personable and super eager to help my family and I. They also always have dogs running around so that they can “get their excercise” and always let my kids pet the puppies/run around with them. Such a happy atmosphere, great job!

  I will never understand the bad reviews that people leave on this place. I take my kids here almost every day after school as a treat and we have nothing but good things to say. The puppies are always happy, alert, and even running on the floor to interact with the customers. The staff is very friendly and informative compared to their other locations and it always smells good. I see nothing but laughs and happy people/puppies here and when the timing is right there is no other place I would rather buy a puppy from then here.
