  The food is great. Especially when it is warm when i get it. The service is terrible. You can order food on the phone, they will tell you 10 mins. You could get there 15 mins later and the new customer who just ordered will get their food before you.

  This was my first visit to this location and I was not disappointed. I got exactly what I have come to expect from American deli, delicious food, fast service, a clean dining room and nice clean bathrooms. Their menu has so many options, the prices are great and their portions are very generous. My favorite is the honey barbecue wings.

  A bit smaller than the S. Blvd location. But, the young lady at the counter was very friendly. Their Chicken Philly is really good! Food came out hot, and it wasn't crowded at all (Saturday night!).

  I called the American Deli on Eastway Dr. The person who answered the phone laid it down to take an order of someone else and left me holding the phone. I went in to place my order. After waiting for about 5 to seven minutes in line, the person taking my order left me standing at counter to wait some more. When I commented on being left at the counter and the phone he just said what you want.
