  They have a commercial stating same day service yet they fail to meantion their stipulations. Terrible advertisement and horrible customer service.

  They damaged my wedding dress a week before my wedding. And wouldn't give me my money back. -5 stars

  Very nice staff and they provide rapid turn around. This Texan is still shocked and the the cost of NE cleaners drastically increased charge. In Texas, I could've got thus cleaned for $30 not $75.

  The owner of this cleaners is the most disrespectful and rude individual I have ever spoken to in my e tire life. They bleached, shredded and put holes in two sets of my sheets. I left the damaged sheets on a Saturday and I ended up calling the store in a few days later Middletown after no one contacted me about my ruined sheets and spoke to John, who told me 'it would be no problem to give me a couple hundred dollars for my sheets if I was a good customer' . Today is Monday and I have just hung up with the owner who offered me $10 dollars for my Egyptian cotton sheets. He told me if the sheets were more than a year old what did it matter to me if they were ruined. I informed him that I wanted a credit not money for them and after calling me a liar and telling me he would never touch my sheets and hung up on me. I would recommend you wash your sheets in the Hudson River before coming here. It must be said that the girls at the desk are very nice.
