  Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. My insurance company's in-house insurance adjuster was also awesome and made the process very easy.

  Service contract, roadside assist, rental car, trip interruption - can't believe all the stuff you guys offer with your extended warranty plans, and at such a good price! If I didn't know someone who had your policy before me and actually used it, I'd probably think it was too good to be true. Lucky my dad already got repairs covered and convinced me to sign up when my warranty expired - good to know I'm with a company that's on the up and up!

  I have used American 3 times over the past 3 years. Each experience has been incredibly easy and painless. All of the employees are very kind, helpful and ready to listen to your sob story (no matter how many times they've heard a similar story that day). I've had extensive repair work on my car and they always do such a wonderful job! After my most recent visit a part of my car that was repaired wasn't functioning properly. I drove out to the shop and they fixed it right there on the spot during my lunch hour! Their facility is extremely clean, bright and welcoming too. I will always choose American when getting my car repaired.

  American Auto will completely rip you off. When I brought my car in, they initially told me which parts of my car required repairs. When I received my bill, I was charged for several additional parts which were not damaged at all. The final estimate was over $2,000 more than I had received from other body shops for the "repair/replacement" of parts that were working completely fine. Additionally, even though they received nearly $5,000 for fixing my car, they refused to waive my deductible. I would definitely not recommend going here.
