  The techs are nice and they are on time.... But we still had a problem with infestation.. so we tried to schedule them to come back out.. they don't seem to care about their customers once you have paid (not the techs) the phone service staff or secretary's or whoever... Are horrible. THEY DO NOT CARE ONCE YOU'VE PAID.. THEY'RE NICE AS PIE BEFORE THOUGH...

  Very disappointed. I had my service done 30 days ago but still see ants on my yard. The lady at the office said that I was 3 days passed when I had my service. I understand, but being on customer service as well we cover our customers warranty even if is past a few days passed. It’s what you do keep your customers happy.

  I have been a customer for over 25 years and have never had a problem with them. I recently had a problem with carpenter ants and Herman Jefferson, the tech, was on top of it and took care of the problem. He went above and beyond. We are also on a package that they come out up to 6 times a year for problems and there has never been an issue. They are certainly my go to for pest control!

  I've been using Ameritech for two years After the first year I upgraded to the platinum plan to treat carpenter ants. They never got rid off my carpenter ants! I got a new tech every visit that would tell me something different. On the last visit it was time for renewal The tech refused to treat the house until I renew the contract. After calling the office he agreed to treat the house. He had a horrible attitude and did a very poor job.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The supposed office manager is very rude and disrespectful. She suggested I change companies if I was not happy with their service instead of solving the issue. Not sure the owner would be happy about her suggestion.
