  If i could it less than a star I would. This business is the worst of its kind. Sure the owner came to our house in Perth Amboy right away, but he took the wrong measurements, sent the most incompetent people to install 16 windows. The installers were honest enough to tell me that the owner had provided the leftovers from stock, completely different windows that were only noticeable after careful inspection (the the thermal seam between glass panes were either different in all windows, or broken. The windows were installed from the outside destroying the sidings, window frames, studs, even basement foundation was cracked around windows. He promised to fix everything for up to $600. The cost of independent repair was 14000.. HE begged me not to take him to court PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE... do not go to this business. Avoid the ripping off and the bad experience.
