  Amber is an awesome fitness & fat loss coach! She has challenged me way out of my comfort zone & keeps me motivated to continue with my weight loss journey! I have lost 60 lbs in 7 months with Body Back following a "clean eating" diet, high intensity workouts, & lots of walking. In those 7 months I have shaved 9 minutes off my 5k time & dropped down 6 dress sizes! Amber ROCKS!!!
