::Very cool grocery store. The staff are friendly and the prices are very affordable. The bathroom is really clean!! In true Amazon fashion you have the option of using your shopping cart to sign into your Amazon account to pay for your things!!

::In general not a big fan of this store. Prices on most items are quite a bit higher than regular grocery store and they are very limited in what they carry. They don't restock during the day so if you go in the afternoon they will be out of many basics like bananas (yes, seriously), salad and milk. Parking is limited and you often have to wait for a space to open up. Employees in general are more interested in their phones, the music they are listening to on headset or really anything other than helping customers or smiling. But there is ONE exception - Theresa. What an absolute shining star in an otherwise pretty abysmal shopping experience! She is kind, courteous, professional, patient and so incredibly helpful. I would posit that she is the greatest asset this Amazon Fresh store has!

::I've popped in this store 4 times, between 5:30pm-6pm, in the past 2 weeks to pick up a rotisserie chicken for our family of six. All four times they haven't had any chickens. Can't make this up. I mean this is prime time for rotisserie. First time they were cleaning the oven (I'm serious, during dinner hour). Second time it was a forty minute wait. Third time it was a twenty minute wait. And the other day the machine was broken. Talk about unacceptable. Who's running this place? On top of that, I thought the Safeway in Chevy Chase had the worst staff one could encounter. The folks at Amazon are beyond put off when asked about the status of the chickens. If they're on the sub and sandwich line don't ask a poultry question. Frustrating.

::Was super curious about the smart carts and had to check them out. Also managed to find a salad dressing that i couldnt find at walmart or target. Also enrolled in the "palm" checkout which was a very frictionless experience. I went just before close but staff were still willing to help.

::This store replaced a GIANT Food that had been there for a number of years. While it is not perfect, it is an easy in and out. I really like the seafood and meat, as well as the fresh vegetables and bakery. They have two VOLTA EV Chargers, and an open parking lot, though if you park in the pay lot, they do validate. Right off of the Metro and easy to get to.
