::I have to say, my lashes looked good but some of the girls who work at the front desk are exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Canceled my account after having yet another rude conversation on the phone... Bummer because the technicians are nice!

::I've come to this location twice and was disappointed both times. My first visit here was for a refill. When I left, I could barely notice any difference. On my second visit, I paid for a full set since the refill didn't do much . . . Still - not much difference. They actually don't look any better than when I got the refill. I'm very disappointed. I joined because when I got my first set of lashes at a Houston location, they were beautiful!! Full, thick and dramatic! Never needed mascara (til it was time to refill, obviously)! But with these, it's a must that I add mascara to get the look I want. . . . I feel really let down and conned out of money after my two visits to the Charlotte Pike location. I'll go back to the Houston location and see if their refills are any better. If not, I'll end my membership and give Wink a try. Take note: the staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean. I'm only complaining about the final results. EDIT 3/08/13: Almost all of my lashes are gone now. They look as if they were never even done. Hasn't even been a week.
