  The man who owns/runs this operation is rude and has zero manners, his customer service is appalling. After six months of bringing him custom I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere in Bloomingdale. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

  Usually alright, but if they mess something up they do not fix it and tell you to go elsewhere. Suggest you do the same.

  Good standard dry cleaning and steaming for suits and dress shirts. Always able to have them ready within a couple days. They have had a 20% discount running since they opened a few years ago, which makes them cheaper than the dry cleaners a block away.

  Don't go here! There was a communication problem in alterations. They ruined my pants and wouldn't even fix the problem or refund new the $5 they charged for incorrectly ruining my pants.

  They can't iron suit jackets! Terrible place. They consistently ironed my jackets incorrectly. I would specifically tell them where the lapel fold was, but they would get it wrong. When I would ask them to fix what they had done, they acted like there was something wrong with the jackets. No apology. No discounts. I live one block away but will never use them despite the convenience.
