  The worst banking experience I’ve ever had in my life after they froze my account for no valid excuse they then called me back to close my account horrible horrible horrible customer service I should have known from the fact that took them over two hours to open my account because They froze my bank account without any notice I was stranded in the rain with a sick dog and three toddlers and then have the audacity to come to my job and asked for me as if there was a problem making my employer feel that I had a problem with the bank The most unorganize unprofessional bank I’ve ever been to in my life while I’m in there with my complaints I’m hearing other people complaining about not getting their money for the direct the posit if you don’t want people to play with your money when they feel like it will do not use this bank if you have one already I pray for you🤦🏽‍♀️🙏
