::Horrible. I went it in order to confirm if I still had Covid because all of the Urgent Care facilities near me were out of the Covid Test. My job required a neg. test in order to return back to work last year. I told the doctor and nurses that I did not want all of the other test, but they still billed me for a chest x-ray, the emergency visit, influenza assay A&B, and a enzyme assay. All for a total of $3,207. I only wanted a COVID TEST! My insurance absorbed most of the cost. The doctor was very rude and insisted even when I knew my chest was fine that he was going to do a chest x=ray after I refused. He was an older black gentlemen. One has the right to refuse service, but this hospital will bill you even though you do not want the service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

::When we showed up in the emergency room, we were immediately taken care of. They put us in a room and we received personalized care addressing my health concerns. They were caring and compassionate. Being a small hospital, they were able to spend more time making certain we were well taken care of. We will definitely use them again.

::Went in and was treated with a smile and a how are you doing from the Reception. Then a short time feeling out paperwork. Then back to the back and no time I was completely done. My technician was perfect. Very polite and professional. Thank you for your service. I want to support this hospital. Just like they support me. Thank you again.

::The staff are all professional and caring. The facility is small and very clean. My surgery was pushed back to almost 4 pm so by the time I came out of recovery, there was absolutely nothing to be offered for me to try to eat. This facility does not have a cafeteria but only a small kitchen. When personnel came by the next morning to get my breakfast order, she said that she would come back later for my lunch & dinner order at the same time. I feel that someone should have asked me if I would have liked to have ordered a dinner to be saved for me after my surgery since the kitchen personnel would not be there. I really feel that this should honestly be added to the pre-op planning the day of surgery. Also install a water cooler with both hot & cold water so patients can get a hot tea or cup of coffee. Possibly keep a few cans of soup, crackers, jello or applesauce on hand. Iām only giving my stay a 4 star because absolutely nothing was available to eat after being without food 17-18 hours and husband had to go out and bring something back.

::I wish i never had an experience there to even rate. I will say that the nurses Terran and Michelle are outstanding at their jobs and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable . As well as Diana, the food service lady. Once again oustanding at her job.
