  Always very helpful, laid back and never sales-y. My teen and I can go in there and he can test out guitars. They are always happy to let you explore. We get his instruments set up there too. They do a good job.

  It's a music store, some surly, some friendly folks working there. You can try anything and they have a full range of guitars and amps. Lots of accessories. I never liked music stores because of the stink eye and judginess from the employees bit this place is not so bad with that. They seem genuinely helpful. Decent prices, too. Things on sale, even competing with online sellers. Go to their website to find deals

  I love this place, they let you browse and are actually very nice. My experience has always been negative at music stores. You feel like you're at a used car lot and that the clock is ticking- they rush to get you out. A special shout-out to this gentleman that was working the drum area, wish I got his name, he was so helpful, he was doing something behind the counter and helped me set up some electronic drums, a genuinely nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to spend my money there. Incredible selection.

  All the specialist staff here are knowledgeable and super kind. However, sometimes, because of the nature of retail, you get someone assigned to an area who knows absolutely nothing about it. Not a huge deal breaker, but, it can be frustrating when you're trying to find a very specific piece of equipment. edit: Dave, thanks for the followup. I really do appreciate it. You guys saw plenty of me in 2017 and you'll, most assuredly, see more of me in 2018. Thanks again!

  The staff is warm and knowledgeable. They back up what they sell. Service is outstanding. The prices are the best. The selection is great..Bonus round! It's local
