  the worst agency , i every encountered , My mother has in over one year about 30 different home health aids, i should never even us the word health, the broke my mother down, with letting her fall all the time,then not changing her caused health problems , all the night girls wanted to do is sleep all night and get paid for doing nothing, not only the costed house repairs, always breaking her plumbing, the last thing was her cherry oak wooding table,how do you break down and oak table set,but they did, house damages was unbelievable , I'm on my way out,

  My friend works as a caregiver n she doesnt receive all her benefits such as a free metro card u call to find out why n u get run around,they threaten to fire them when they call out even w a doc note the hours r scarce or to many the staff doesnt give u a straight answer n the receptionist doesnt greet visitors n speaks chinese or something like that I used bathroom n someone turned off the light from outside because thats where light switch is to many problems here.

  This is by far the worst, incompetent agency I've ever dealt with. Having had someone discharged from the hospital with this agency responsible for follow up and home health care it's been over three weeks of getting messages left and promises of someone calling to set up appointments resulting in no visits to date. In fact we did finally reach Malki of this agency who had someone set up an appointment today only to have the person not show up or call after we waited over 2 hours. This is about as unprofessional and incompetent as you can get. I plan on notifying every rehab place and hospital to never recommend this company. A total zero-never use them!!
