  These guys really came through! Had a roofing emergency and no time to quibble. They gave me a general price without seeing the damage and it turned out to be a but worse than I first thought. Took a day but they came prepared. Brought everything they needed to fix my roof. Best of all they stuck to their price. Thanks guys!

  Bottom line if you use this company: Owner is not very detail oriented... at all. Take good notes and get everything in writing up front. You have to follow through on every detail because they will not and will make excuses. Progress payments are good because it seems they are more interested in collecting the next payment rather than focusing on the customer and asking whether everything is as agreed. Workmanship and quality... well, as long as you stay on them and continue to partly manage the job, it gets done but a lot of frustration could be avoided just by having the owner not make excuses and instead focus on the quality of the job. Honesty is an issue too... however, I'll just recommend that you get everything in writing and follow up yourself. A lot of sloppy work that was called 'complete' several times. If you are VERY persistent you get a decent job, but there is a level of arrogance and "I just finished I'm ready to pick up the check" that as a business owner I've not seen. I eventually got a good product but it was a very frustrating process that took almost a month to complete.
