::Great stop on Town Lake trail, great set-up to rest from your run or enjoy a drink. The seating area outside is comfortable for a quick coffee or breakfast. The outdoor deck faces the lake and you can see all kinds of wildlife from it. The place is pet friendly, has clean restrooms, and has hot and cold drinks- including a delicious rosé cider. Enjoy the visit.

::Great place for coffee in Austin. A beautiful spot over the water. (Also the first place Iâve been to that did not burn the milk)

::I've been riding my bike past this place for months and decided to give it a try. It is super legit. My latte was on point. And the staff, and bagel, were great too. And was able to sit on the deck and work comfortably for a good long while. As for the "vibe" I'll let the photo speak for itself.

::Nice coffee shop located right on the bike and bike trail, inside the Walter Creek Boathouse. No indoor seating, but they have a few tables outside. Some are shaded. Itâs a nice stop while hiking or after renting a kayak. I usually take one of their iced drinks and always enjoyed them.

::DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HYPE. Just a simple coffee shop and the views were not that great. Basically views are blocked with trees around.. if youâre going to kayak or bike this could be a pit stop but I donât recommend exclusively going to this place as parking is $15 for 2hrs not worth it
