  My wife and I was lied to. We was told on the phone that they had a one bedroom apartment available for rent and when we went there to look at it we was told by the lady that there wasn't any available. The lady changed her story about the one bedroom apartments. First she said if one of the applicants don't get approved then one would be available. Then she said right before we left that the one bedrooms wouldn't be available until next year. Im pretty sure she was just discriminating against us. I would definitely not recommend this place.

  I went through the process I thought they were authentic however I scored really high and my income and was all ready to go but they're claiming negative credit report I feel like $50 has been stolen and I would have been a good community member and could have possibly starting a new life and I don't think the company is really about that cuz if they just took my $50 and said thank you goodbye... Don't bother spending the money on their application fee don't fall into the trap I did and I lost $50 just now and I'm a good person who is approved in Los Angeles and Hollywood in Glendale and I have a place to live and I have an income and yet I was just rejected

  Pros: Outdoor pool was very clean and nice. Play area was great for the littles. Bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Great price. Cons: We had two rooms, and one smelled like cigarette smoke. Only two towels for four of us, and no extra towels available at the front desk. No food provided for breakfast. Hallways and interior of main building are very run down.

  This hotel has one of the best outdoor pools out of all the hotels in the springs. It's really large, has a water fall, & is 10ft deep!! That beats all the 5ft baby pools at the other places!! Lol! The place is in need of some renovations, which are currently being carried out. Staff is hit or miss, some are pleasant, some, not so much. Don't ever bother asking for anything though, anytime I have ever requested something, towels, blow dryer, iron, whatever, I've never once received said items. Not once. There's no breakfast, but every room has a balcony so that makes up for it. Location is okay, grounds maintenance could really step up their game because there's usually a lot of trash all over the place. It's a good hotel for the price & you have privacy. The rooms are always clean too. No complaints in that department. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
