  DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I stayed in an ER room for about 4hrs and they administered very unnecessary treatments without our consent and without communicating the prices. Turns out we owe about $7,000 for just sleeping in a room for 4hrs. These people are just trying to steal your money, they don't care about your health or anything else !!!

  This is an excellent place to have babies. Please keep in mind my perspective is a bit different since I wasn't the one in delivery. But this was our third time having babies at this hospital, and they really have the process dialed in. Every step of the way was optimized and clearly they have taken lots of feedback and tuned their process. During the multi-day recovery they were constantly asking if we needed anything and we felt cared for so much and so grateful for all the help above and beyond. The first time we delivered there they just had these squeaky cots for partners to sleep on while the mother was in a proper bed. In and of itself not a big deal, I can deal with a squeaky bed. But the problem was it was so loud just getting in and out it would wake up everyone in the room as well as adjacent rooms possibly (!?). But they have moved to a new area and the accommodations are much nicer and I slept well during the times I was able to catch an hour or two. I heard they are shutting down this facility soon so if you want to take advantage of this place, better get those babies born ASAP! :)

  Useless and predatory. Lied to my face about being in network, didn't prescribe needed medication, and is billing me $10,000 for what amounted hanging an IV bag and sending me on my way. Next time I have an emergency medical situation I will roll the dice staying home, at least I won't have collections agents hounding me over nonsense bills I can't pay for months or years. They don't want to treat you. They want to jack your bill up as much as possible and hope you come back again and again so they can repeat the process.

  The nurses are great , the anesthesiologist not good, took 3 times to get the ephedural to work on my wife. Very painful . Next time we go to another hospital.

  I hope no one will have to experience the sad, terrible treatment and time I had in that hospital.iHad a big surgery and after a day and a half I was asked to go. I told them I have no one to take care of me. they didn't care on top of that the guy that discharged me told me that my girlfriend is home waiting for me, and I told that can't be true because my girl was not in the country at that time.anyway this is just one very small situation I had over there I wish I can tell and post more things about my experience but Im advised to not do that, please please please I'm bagging every one that is in charge of all Sutters we are human please please show some mercy.
