  although Al's has an assortment of fresh fish, I go mainly to get snow and king crab. the service is always friendly and pretty much any fish you buy they will fry for you if you desire.

  They have nice moderate prices sell bulk food fresh fish shrimp Lobster delicious Fried Chicken as early as 8:30 in the morning and go get you a delicious piece of chicken

  DETROITER'S DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT THEY DO NOT RESPECT OUR MONEY...Have been treated rudely by the owner/worker after waiting over 55 minutes for my order and it was their mixup when i complained to the staff, i was told to get out. will not ever go there again.. and also their fish dinners are not good ...THEY DO NOT DO GOOD BUSINESS...... I am a loyal Detroiter and support our businesses, that support us......

  I guess if your only gonna have fish cooked by them, your good, but if your buying fresh fish being weighed by the pound FORGET ABOUT IT! They are super lazy and DONT clean their fish when being fileted. We bought $70 worth of fish and had to re-clean it so we wouldn't eat scales! Would never recommend nor go back!!! Tell your fish cleaners to stop being so damn lazy, spend less time talking and pay attention to the way your PAID to clean fish PROPERLY!!
