  Wish I could have given a rating of 0. I have been waiting on my package since 10am delivery was scheduled from 10-2 and it is already 2pm. I am highly annoyed!!!!!!!

  Spoke with Jesse and was transfered to Mike. Very rude customer service. Still haven't recieved my package. Buyer Beware

  Received a call from Nellie who described my package. The description sounded nothing like what I ordered. She had no other data at hand to confirm my product. Only until I asked them to check the tracking number could they confirm the proper item was being delivered. How do you not know what you are transporting??? Will chose not to transport my purchases through this carrier again. What a mess.
