  Wrong wedding cake color and wrong logo on the groom’s cake. HOW do you mess up the main cake? Called them for even a partial refund and they said that WE SAID we asked for those items. Was really disappointed, especially since they were so kind in the beginning and ended terribly. Really wanted to believe they were great.

  I asked them to make a chocolate eclair cake OMG it was so good it was for my grandpa's bday they didn't make me wait all day for it and I got it just in time. The cake was moist and just TO DIE FOR 😊😊😊✌✌👍 Definatley the new cake spot for my family special occasions

  Bought from here 3 separate occasions. 1. Wedding cake 2. Gender reveal cake 3. And one year anniversary cake Pros: Prices are the best you'll find, especially when you're serving so many people. Peter is easy to talk to. And the cake tasting was awesome. Plus they have a huge variety of flavors. Cons: communication is terrible. First visit we talked to Peter, and that went great. But after that everything was handled by Gloria or other staff, and she was cold, not good at communication, and only would do email. The wedding cake had no major complaints, except you have to be extremely specific on what you want otherwise it feels like there is a huge communication barrier. For my gender reveal I had a friend email the results that they claimed they never got, so I had to have her call them in, that was stressful. And they left pink frosting on the cake tray that my husband noticed before the reveal. For the one year anniversary we requested chocolate cake with banana filling, and got dry chocolate cake with buttercream filling. Expectations were set high after our first meeting, but execution was disappointing. I didn't know if it was a fluke, so we gave them three chances and each time it felt like a chore communicating with the staff. Cake also never tasted as good as it did during the cake tasting, but came off as dry. Probably will not order from here again.

  Absolutley loved my cake from alphorn bakery! Not only was the cake beautiful, it tasted even better! I was hosting a fiesta couples shower, and showed them a picture of the cake I wanted , and they made exactly what I wanted! Would recommend to anyone!

  Peter made our wedding cake. No frills places, but awesome cakes. Love. Will order more cakes.
