  Terrible customer service. Requested a quote 3 times from them. The first 2 were never responded to even though I went to the location showed them samples of prototypes of what I needed and they said they "had it ready to send on screen." Third quote after going in again had all the numbers and print requirements messed up. Not worth anyone's time coming here.

  When I entered, I needed tabs printed for a binder. They claimed they needed three days of lead-time because of the computer set-up, proofing the draft file, and then actually printing the tabs. One employee was behind the counter and was definitely busy while the other was in the lobby playing with his young son. Three days? I went to Staples on 16th Street and had them in 30 minutes. Alphagraphics, if you want to know why your business is slipping away, it could be due to your failure to remain competitive and that your employees are not interested in being busy.   Have tried to use this location numerous times and they are always super slow, they never return calls, and typically quote a turnaround time of at least 10 business days for even the simplest job. Not going to waste any more time trying to work with them.

  FAIL. They said it would be done by Friday. No response to a status request on Thursday. Arrive in person: "we never got it." No confirmation mail. They said it might have failed delivery due to attachment size. No rejection notice.
