  They did not fix the services with mice that were hired. I called to get them to come back and said that there is no guarantee on the job they perform. Response: Problem persisted, it was not resolved and then came back as you state. I hired a new company and they: 1) provide 3 month warranty on their job (you don't provide any) 2) spent 1 hour (you spent 15 mins); 3) used professional bate (you used homedepot which i could have bought myself); 4) same price.
