  Good layout, fun and positive attitude-one healthy and good environment for beginners or intermediate fighters. Would highly recommend to everyone willing to do some exercise and learn some kickboxing skills

  I did the adult kick boxing class and found it to be great for all levels. Its a quick and fun total body workout where you can get all that extra aggression out. Plus, when you sign up you get a pair of boxing gloves--free! The class sizes are perfect, its never overly crowded. The instructors Tina and Stephanie are fun and encouraging :) I'll be back for more!

  Alpha Martial Arts is amazing. I signed up for one of their special promotions (five classes and a pair of gloves for super cheap) and was instantly hooked. I signed up for a full package deal at the end of my first class. After just TWO months of kickboxing twice a week and eating really well, I literally went from having a bit of a belly to a visible six pack. Not one of those ultra-sculpted body builder packs, but still, it was the first time in my life that I could actually see definition in my stomach. AMAZING! I couldn't get the ladies off of me. But I digress. The staff is always alert and pumped and not afraid to make you sweat and groan and collapse. They learn your name and make you want to come back more and more. But if you miss a couple classes, they don't get on your ass too much. It's a nice balance. I would highly recommend you sign up for one of their deals and see what it's like! You won't regret it.

  The teachers here are fantastic and driven. They have this ability to be motivating without being overly intense. Everyone goes at their own pace but are encouraged to listen to their body and push their own limits. Their classes are perfect for beginners and intermediates. They'll teach you the basics and give you little tips and tricks to get you kicking the wave master's butt fast. The saturday classes are the best by far.
