  Alpha Health Care Services has a history of failing to pay its employees for work perform while taking care of the elderly and/or disabled. Owner, Bola Mustapha specifically lies about when you will be paid. She has stated numerous times that issues relating to payroll would not happen again and guess what, time and time again, payroll is either late, short or not paid at all. Violation of the Texas Labor Code and fraud against Medicaid. Stay away from this company at all costs!
