  Look elsewhere for service. Experience not much different than other reviews. Nov. 29th gave Ray Perez a ck for $528.58 for a new copy machine w/ 2yr warranty. He said it should be in next week. 2 wks out nothing. called him, "oh it's back ordered, ive been sick with the flu." 1st wk in Jan. called him, "i'll call you back by 10am tomorrrow. No call. called again,"still back ordered, i'll call you...well you know etc. Called him again mid jan. it's been 7wks??" Oh these things happen" Asked for my money to be returned, and Ray Perez hung up on me. Shaddy!!
