  I am suspicious that I've been receiving repeated scam phone calls from this group indicating that I've got felonies against me issued by the IRS and that I need to contact them before action is taken against me. I did some detective work that traced this scam phone call to this address. I would be very cautious in doing business with these people as they've also got a huge list of reviews that indicate what kind of people you may be dealing with.

  Company is a SCAM!! Ordered products and they never arrived. Now when I try and get a refund they ignore me! DO NOT BUY from them unless you want to loose your money all together

  Been waiting a month now for my order that I wanted to give as a Valentine’s Day gift. Emailed a few times & only received a true response back ONCE, every time I call someone’s “on the phone” & automatically sends me to voicemail. Worst website I’ve ever ordered from... if I could give no stars as a rating I would.

  This company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! On September 9th, 2017 I bought the magical flying butterflies after seeing a post on Facebook. I never received them so on September 18th I checked the status of my order using my invoice #39328. It said they still hadn’t shipped them yet! I emailed them to ask them if the order wasn’t sent out yet to please cancel it and send me a refund. I had someone named Catey say that they were processing the cancellation. On October 3rd, it STILL hadn’t “processed” and I STILL hadn’t received my refund. I emailed again, and again this “Catey” person said the cancellation was processing. Now when I go to look at the order it disappeared but I never received my refund... complete garbage. This company is trying to steal from you. Don’t make the mistake I did.

  most aggravating business i’ve ever dealt with. i sent a total of 8 emails regarding shipping information. i ordered a surprise box for christmas, a MONTH AND A HALF IN ADVANCE. i never received shipping information and i kept getting automated replies. nobody would assist me. finally i got it late after 8 weeks and there are no instructions on how to assemble. absolutely terrible. NEVER ORDER ANYYHING FROM ALPHA BARGAIN THEY ARE A RIP OFF
