    My Husband and I filed a Complaint and Grievance action against Randi Alpern while she was employed at Downtown Mental Health. 529 Maple Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90013. She demonstrated poor attitude and was very rude to us after waiting 4+ hours we were asked to return at 7:00am the following morning. We transferred from that clinic only to find her at Hollywood Mental Health, Full Service Partnership Program. What a mess.
