  Great Thai in the center of LoDo. Prices are respectable for the area, and they have a great happy hour menu (which is served all day at the bar). Solid location right on Larimer, with a cool interior/layout. We probably get takeout here once a week. The portions are also very large (as they should be), so it is easy to split an entree with someone else.

  *****UPDATED Postmates delivers. Happy camper now. Though still believe delivery should have a wider radius. ******* Aloy Modern Thai has been my favorite Thai place in Denver for over year. I've been ordering from them almost every Sunday since I found out about them. Today I went to place my Sunday order and they no longer deliver to my house. They informed me that they switched delivery services and I am no longer in their area. We live 1.7 miles away from them, why limit your delivery radius to just downtown? It is such a shame that as a loyal customer for this long, I would now have to go pick up a $50 Thai order. It is disappointing that I can no longer do my lazy Sunday tradition with their amazing food.

  Love my Thai, & have none in the small town I retired to, so, I walked 7 blocks to this place based on the reviews. Please note, good reviews seem to be mainly from LOCAL GUIDES. Very pleasant host suggested I sit at the bar, as the place was empty. The good, corm fritter were awesome hot! The bad, they came out with my entrée, so I had to chose to let them or my curry get cold. The rest of the bad, rice was a clump of mush, server didn't care, the curry was OK, but no spice which I asked for, & the pieces of onion & potato were so huge, they were difficult to eat. The best part was getting charged for dinner prices at lunch, mediocre food & pricey. The 2 stars were for the fritters. Avoid.

  Didn't know what to expect going in there. I thought the lights were too bright. It didn't matter once I got the Panang Curry. Just the right amount of spicy and sweet. Good portion too for the price. Would recommend this place.

  Incredible food, incredible atmosphere, incredible service. You do pay for it though. This will definitely not be your cheapest meal in Denver, but if you're not worried about price, Aloy will take very good care of you. Everything is high quality and the recipes are flexible enough to adjust to whatever dietary needs you have. Highly recommend this place.
