::Aloha Yoga and Healing is an amazing yoga studio with small classes and individual attention. The studio is clean and well lit with ample parking. I shattered my knee during a skiing accident. After a year and a half of painful physical therapy that was getting me nowhere, I decided to go back to yoga. I tried a few studios in the area but once I found Aloha, I was hooked. I was told my knee would never bend more than 90 degrees but with careful attention from Aloha's instructors (making sure I didn't over stress my knee) I am up to a 120 degree bend and counting. I love this yoga studio!
