  I like this Aloft a good bit. The desk staff is fantastic. You cannot beat the location in the West End. And the rate compared to other similar hotel properties in this neighborhood seems always to be competitive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

  Worst hotel experience in a LONG time. I checked in at 10:45p. No one outside or to help me with bags Come in to find FIVE workers at the desk Asked for a quiet room, please not by an ice machine or service entrance. Got the room CLOSEST to ice machine and service entrance Bolts VERY hard to work Bolt to outside patio was unlocked and open upon check-in. Had to call maintenance. Then tried to turn on my TV. Doesn’t work. Called down to front desk and was interrupted and put on hold twice without saying “can you please hold”. When I tried to explain I was unhappy, he got even more rude and said these are technical glitches, he’s calling maintenance, there is nothing else he can do. He said that I can call Housekeeping in the morning and talk to them. Rundown hotel room with bad service AND I paid $250 a night??? What? Crazy! I can only hope the management reads these posts!!! One bright spot was the lovely maintenance gentlemen who tried to come and help. Very nice; very apologetic, very helpful. But it’s now 12:22am and still no TV...

  Great hotel. Everything was clean and ready to go! Everything was nice including the soap. The soap wash name brand bloods soap. I appreciate the attention to detail. What I did not like about the hotel is that nothing is included in the expensive price. You have to pay for your parking and for your breakfast. It gets expensive.

  Good value for the money in this part of Nashville. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The bartenders are great until it’s almost closing time (midnight). We also reserved a meeting room and had a catered lunch which was really well put together. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Relatively new and hip, with very spacious accommodations! Really like this hotel which has a lot more to offer than you might think. Nice location near Vanderbilt, I really liked the relatively social and inviting lobby as well as the fact it had an outdoor patio area upstairs. Though the fact it is attached to a multi-floor parking garage gave it a strange feel.
